Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

• To generate design and shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting using Revit and AutoCAD
• Duct size and pipe sizing calculations, including plumbing and firefighting services
• Plumbing drawings, including drainage and water services, must be drafted in accordance with industry standards
• Section details, builder's work, and as-built drawings for mechanical and plumbing services
• Isometric views, schematic diagrams, and mechanical or pump room layouts are all available
• Single line schematic, Air flow system, and Water flow system
• Section preparation for complicated areas
• Knowledge of Air Outlet Selection, Equipment, Fittings, Pumps, Supports, and Valves

Skills:

• Min 2 years of experience in BIM modeling, with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit
• Working knowledge of other BIM software programs, including Navisworks, Dynamo, and 3ds Max
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Possess strong initiative, and ability to work independently and within team environment when required

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
