: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler - Mechanical to join our team in the UAE. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and managing mechanical models using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed 3D models for mechanical systems using BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate integration of mechanical systems into overall project designs.
• Create and update mechanical BIM models throughout all project phases, from concept design to construction documentation.
• Generate detailed drawings, schedules, and other documentation from BIM models to support project execution.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve issues by coordinating with other disciplines and stakeholders.
• Review and interpret project specifications, drawings, and other technical documents to ensure accurate modeling.
• Ensure that all BIM models comply with UAE building codes, standards, and regulations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to project teams regarding BIM-related issues and best practices.
• Maintain an organized library of BIM models, families, templates, and related documents.
• Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in BIM technology, and best practices in mechanical modeling.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a BIM Modeler specializing in mechanical systems, preferably in the UAE.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
• Excellent technical skills in 3D modeling, drawing production, and detailing.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality, accurate models and drawings.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with UAE building regulations and standards is preferred.
• UAE driving license is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
