Job Description
1. Proficient in detailed BIM Modeling up to LOD500 2. Create BIM models, such as HVAC, Drainage, Water supply, and Fire fighting systems, using Revit software in accordance with project requirements. 3. Create and manage BIM families, components, and templates. 4. Knowledge of Asset Information model delivery, Cobie, and asset tagging. 5. Preparation of 2D Shop drawings from Coordinated BIM Models. 6. Technical Knowledge in HVAC and plumbing Systems. 7. Software Knowledge in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and AutoCAD.
