Job Description

HPDME is currently hiring Structural BIM Coordinator and MEP BIM Coordinator & Modeler. If your profile matches our needs, we would be curious to learn more about you.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate BIM projects across various disciplines.

Collaborate effectively with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

Develop and maintain accurate and coordinated BIM models.

Ensure adherence to BIM protocols, standards, and best practices.

Participate in design reviews and constructability analysis.

Assist in the preparation of construction documentation and deliverables.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of Gulf experience in relevant BIM modeling and coordination roles.

Proficiency in Revit is essential.

Experience with Navisworks and AutoCAD is highly advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of local building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:

working: 5 years (Preferred)
