Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Landscape Draftsman with expertise in BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Revit to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing detailed landscape design drawings, technical documentation, and 3D models for construction projects. This role requires collaboration with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure seamless project execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and prepare landscape construction drawings using Revit and BIM software . Create detailed technical drawings, including grading, irrigation, planting, hardscape, and drainage plans. Utilize Revit for 3D modeling, visualization, and documentation of landscape design projects. Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, and contractors to integrate landscape elements into overall project designs. Conduct site analysis and assist in preparing conceptual landscape designs. Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental guidelines . Maintain BIM models, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date documentation. Generate construction details, specifications, and material schedules . Collaborate with GIS specialists to integrate geographical and environmental data. Participate in project meetings, reviews, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams. Qualifications & Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Drafting, or a related field. Proficiency in Revit and BIM software (Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil 3D). Experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or other 3D modeling tools is a plus. Strong understanding of landscape construction techniques, grading, and drainage principles . Ability to interpret architectural and engineering plans . Knowledge of planting, irrigation, and sustainability practices in landscape design. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate with multiple stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Seniority level
