BIM IMPLEMENTATION AND DELIVERY LEADERSHIP WITH MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CONSULTANCY
Exciting opportunity to step -up, take on digital leadership responsibility and relocate to Dubai.
We are looking for a BIM Manager with strong implementation and leadership skills to help develop this team and drive best practice BIM design on large projects across the UAE.
We are looking for:
• 7+ years experience.
• Large scale project experience - GCC preferable.
• Architecture background with track record of delivery of BIM for a Lead Design Consultancy.
• Ability to assist and lead BIM implementation and BIM standards.
• Experience in training staff.
• Leadership qualities with client facing experience.
• ISO19650 accredited.
• Adaptable to changing construction technologies and ability to implement new workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Can approach instigation of technology changes with a correct, patient technique.
Strong negotiating skills and soft skills. Ability to communicate effectively is paramount to the role.
SALARY
Up to 90k (tax free)
