We BH-NS Engineering Consultants seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Manager with a robust architectural background to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for architectural projects, playing a pivotal role in their successful implementation.



• 10+ years' experience.
• Lead and manage BIM processes for architectural projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior BIM staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and other project stakeholders to integrate BIM into the design and construction process.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Coordinate development of project Navisworks federated model to be used for 4D/5D simulation of project phasing
• Large scale project experience - GCC preferable.
• Ensure BIM models accurately represent the architectural design and comply with project requirements.
• Architecture background with track record of delivery of BIM for a Lead Design Consultancy.
• Ability to assist and lead BIM implementation and BIM standards.
• Experience in training staff.
• Leadership qualities with client facing experience.
• ISO19650 accredited.
• Adaptable to changing construction technologies and ability to implement new workflows.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in architecture or a related field.
• Extensive experience in architectural design and project coordination.
• Proven experience in leading BIM processes on architectural projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, ArchiCAD, etc.
• Strong understanding of industry standards and protocols related to BIM.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
