: We are seeking an experienced and proactive BIM Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BIM management, coordination, and execution, ensuring the seamless integration of BIM technologies to enhance project delivery and outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement BIM standards, protocols, and execution plans for projects.
- Manage and oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models.
- Coordinate BIM activities among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues to ensure model integrity.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and ensure effective communication among all parties.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and industry best practices.
- Prepare and manage project documentation, including BIM execution plans and reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management and coordination.
- Proficient in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and design coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and industry best practices.
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
