We are seeking a dynamic and motivated BIM Lead to join our fast-paced team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, grow, and thrive in the challenging environment of Middle Eastern projects. The BIM Manager will be responsible for leading BIM processes, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with clients on technical aspects, understand their requirements, and provide exceptional service.
• Project Management: Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and beyond client expectations.
• BIM Processes: Stay updated with the latest BIM processes expected by clients and implement these within the team. Must know how to set-up a new BIM process for in-house BIM implementation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the BIM team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on BIM deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards.
• Planning: Effectively plan and coordinate work for teams in advance to ensure smooth project execution.
• Self-Management: Manage personal tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Progress Reporting: Prepare detailed progress reports and present them clearly to clients and management.
• Learning and Development: Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes in the BIM industry.

Qualifications:

• Proven 2+ years of experience in a BIM management/leading role.
• Strong understanding of BIM processes and standards.
• Excellent communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to prepare and present progress reports to clients and management.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED11,500.00 per month

• BIM Management: 2 years (Required)
• BIM Modeling: 4 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Certification course on BIM (Required)
