We are seeking a skilled BIM Architect & Interior Designer with 3-4 years of experience in BIM Revit and Interior Design (ID). The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in managing LOD 300-350 BIM models, developing innovative interior designs, and ensuring adherence to municipal standards. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, preparation of detailed design documentation, and coordination with clients and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrated experience as a BIM Interior Designer, ideally with consultancy experience in the AEC industry.
• Lead the creation of BIM models using Revit for interior architecture projects.
• Develop and oversee interior design concepts, from concept development to completion.
• Design interior layouts, and select materials, finishes, furnishings, and lighting.
• Manage BIM project data sets, workflows, and daily project setups.
• Support the technical execution of BIM projects by coordinating CAD and BIM workflows, creating coordinated 3D BIM/Revit models, and preparing documentation based on approved drawings and site conditions.
• Review and resolve clash detection reports.
• Ensure compliance with municipal standards and building codes.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Produce 3D visualizations and detailed design documentation.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years of experience in BIM Revit and Interior Design.
• Strong knowledge of municipal standards and building codes.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and other design software. Knowledge of additional tools such as BIM Collaboration Pro, BIM Cloud, BIM 360, LUMION, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign is a plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
