We are Paramount International Contracting Company, looking for a

BIM Engineer-MEP

, at least 8 Years of work experience in the UAE in the same field.

BIM Engineer MEP Responsibilities:

Develop detailed 3D MEP models using BIM software (e.g., AutoCAD MEP, Navis works). Ensure that MEP systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.) are accurately integrated into the building desig Conduct clash detection using BIM software to identify and resolve conflicts between MEP systems and other building systems. Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve design and construction issues Assist in the preparation of MEP system specifications and provide technical input during the design phase Produce accurate construction drawings, schematics, and specifications based on the BIM model Assist in the review of contractor submittals and respond to requests.

BIM Engineer MEP

Requirements:

A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field. Prior experience in MEP engineering or design work is often preferred, especially in large-scale construction projects. Extensive experience with BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD MEP, or similar tools. Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems design and installation and Familiarity with MEP codes, standards, and regulations Relevant work experience in MEP design, construction, or project management
