Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to develop and maintain detailed BIM models using Autodesk Revit software.
Translate architectural designs and specifications into accurate 3D models, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Assist in the coordination and integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems within the BIM environment, identifying and resolving clashes and discrepancies.
Generate construction documents, schedules, and quantities directly from the BIM model to support project documentation and coordination efforts.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on Revit functionality, workflows, and BIM standards.
Stay informed about emerging trends and advancements in BIM technology and architecture, continuously improving processes and methodologies.
Collaborate with external consultants and contractors to exchange BIM data and coordinate interdisciplinary workflows.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working as a BIM Engineer or similar role within an architectural firm.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit software with advanced modeling and documentation skills.
Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience working on complex architectural projects with a focus on BIM coordination and collaboration.
Revit Professional Certification preferred but not required.
