We are seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. As an Electrical BIM Modeler, you will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for electrical systems in various construction projects. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure that electrical designs are integrated seamlessly into the overall building design.Responsibilities:Minimum 5+ years of experience in drafting of electrical works in consultant companies.Professional and expert user for Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD Professional and expert user for Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Clash detection & Clash report communication to the design teamMultiple Revit model coordinationPreparation of Design drawings such as Lighting, Power, Containments Layouts, Lightning Protection, Earthing Layout, Fire Alarm,Preparation of Cable Tray/Trunking sizing, containment coordination & MEP coordination.Responsible for detailing schematics and assisting engineers with problem-solving and Co-ordination with other services Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, and PlumbingQualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BIM Modeler with a focus on electrical systems in construction projects.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, and other related tools.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) are desirable.

Additional Information

• Ability to work using modeling software\xe2\x80\x99s such as (Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork)
• Ability to use clash detection software\xe2\x80\x99s such as Navisworks.
• Have strong engineering background in both mechanical and electrical field.
• Have fair knowledge on the MEP Electrical system components and uses.
• Ability to use Microsoft office applications.
