: We are currently seeking a skilled Electrical BIM Modeler to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP services, specifically focusing on electrical systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating 2D drawings based on coordinated BIM, setting up sheets in Revit, exporting 2D from 3D models, and performing 3D modeling, drafting, and detailing tasks. Additionally, the role involves preparing shop drawings, IFC drawings, and single-line diagrams for various electrical systems including Power, Lighting, Central Battery-based Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm, Telephone, CCTV, and Access Control Systems. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing bill of quantities, coordinating MEP services, designing structured cabling systems, and documenting technical/project reports. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop Building Information Models (BIM) for MEP services, with a focus on electrical systems.
• Create 2D drawings based on coordinated BIM.
• Set up sheets in Revit and export 2D from 3D models.
• Perform 3D modeling, drafting, and detailing tasks for electrical systems.
• Prepare shop drawings and IFC drawings for various electrical systems.
• Create single-line diagrams for electrical systems as per standards.
• Prepare bill of quantities and coordinate MEP services.
• Design structured cabling systems for electrical installations.
• Document technical/project reports.

Qualifications:
• Minimum Education Required: Diploma/Bachelor's degree/ITI in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum Experience Required: 5-7 years of experience in electrical BIM modeling, with at least 4 years of experience in the GCC region.

Software Knowledge:
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
