LEAD BIM COORDINATION AND BEST PRACTICE WITH LEADING MULTI-DISCIPLINARY CONSULTANCY
Exciting opportunity to own and influence design/processes on some mega projects and relocate to Dubai.
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator with strong modelling and coordination skills to help develop this team and support best practice BIM design on large projects across the UAE.
We are looking for:
• 4+ years experience
• Large scale project experience (preferred). GCC a strong advantage.
• Architecture background and a keen interest in Architectural Design and Technology.
• Lead design consultancy experience.
• Strong coordination and digital modelling skills.
• QAQC and Best Practices knowledge and implementation experience.
• ISO 19650 accredited (preferred).
• Approachable and knowledgeable, willing to share and spread best practice knowledge throughout the design team.
• Able to be client facing.
• Strong negotiating skills
• Adaptable and keen on new technologies and workflows.
• Able to work under pressure, handling multiple projects at once.
• Solid soft skills with an ability to play a part in a team environment.
SALARY
Negotiable Up to 60k (tax free)
