Job Description

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Experience

: Minimum 5 years of experience in BIM coordination within the construction industry.

Software Skills

: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360.

BIM Standards

: Strong knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and LOD requirements.

Coordination Skills

: Experience in clash detection, model coordination, and collaboration with design and site teams.

Communication

: Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with multidisciplinary teams.

Project Experience

: Experience in high-rise, infrastructure, or MEP projects is preferred.

Certifications

: BIM-related certifications (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) are an advantage.

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
