Job Title: BIM Coordinator (Civil Background)

Location: Dubai & Abu Dhabi, UAE

Description:
Universal BIM is urgently hiring a BIM Coordinator with a Civil background to work directly with one of the top consultants in the UAE . This is a unique opportunity to apply advanced technical expertise in BIM standards and tools, contributing to high-profile projects. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge and a minimum of 5-6 years of UAE experience in BIM coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM workflows, ensuring compliance with UAE BIM standards and ISO 19650 protocols.
• Utilize COBie data management, Navisworks for clash detection, and generate comprehensive reports.
• Develop and manage Digital Twin models and implement AI-based BIM solutions.
• Apply OmniClass and BIM classifications effectively in project workflows.
• Oversee BIM models with a focus on LOD 400 detail and accuracy.
• Collaborate with the client and multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless model integration and data exchange.
• Prepare and deliver BIM reports and documentation tailored to client needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5-6 years of UAE experience in BIM coordination.
• Proficiency in COBie, Navisworks, ISO 19650, and OmniClass standards.
• Expertise in Digital Twin technology, AI manual applications, and advanced BIM workflows.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing and coordination at LOD 400.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
