Bim (building Information Modelling) Coordinator
Job Description
#### • •
• •Perform engineering modeling and enter the necessary information into the LOD 300/350 models.•
• •Perform the creation of LOD 300/350 parametric families.•
• •Generate measurements from 3D models.•
• •Generate detail drawings from models.•
• •Support in multidisciplinary work.•
• •Make BIM/CAD specialties compatible.•
• •Provide constant support in other assigned tasks.•
#### •Job Experience •
• •Building engineer, industrial engineer or architect.•
• •Experience in the logistics and industrial field is essential .•
• •Minimum of 3 years' experience in BIM modeling.•
• •Knowledge of project management applying the BIM methodology•
• •Knowledge of software for BIM/CAD modeling (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD)•
• •Mastery of the Office, Google and Project packages.•
