: BIM Architectural Modeler

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Experience: Minimum 4+ years

Availability: Immediate requirement

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage 3D models using BIM software for architectural projects.

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient project execution.

- Perform quality control checks on BIM models to ensure compliance with project standards and requirements.

- Generate detailed architectural drawings and documentation from BIM models.

- Assist in the coordination and integration of various disciplines within the BIM environment.

- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies and practices to enhance project outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 4+ years of experience as a BIM Architectural Modeler.

- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Prior experience in the UAE/GCC region is a plus.
