Job Description

: We are seeking a talented and experienced BIM Architect specializing in the structural discipline with a strong proficiency in Revit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and modeling, focusing on structural projects. This role involves developing and managing BIM models, ensuring design integrity, and collaborating with various project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and maintain detailed BIM models for structural projects using Revit.
• Coordinate BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows specific to structural engineering.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure integrated and cohesive models.
• Conduct clash detection and resolve design conflicts in coordination with project teams.
• Implement and enforce BIM standards and best practices within the organization.
• Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM processes and Revit.
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents and structural shop drawings.
• Participate in project meetings, providing insights and updates on BIM coordination and structural design.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in BIM coordination and modeling, with a focus on structural projects.
• Proficient in Revit and other BIM software such as Navisworks and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, design principles, and construction methods.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Professional certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional).
• Experience with advanced Revit tools and plugins such as Dynamo.
• Knowledge of additional BIM software such as Tekla or Bentley Systems.
• Experience in structural design and analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
