Job Description
Creative Concrete Concepts LLC is looking for a detail-oriented and organized BIM Architect to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate must have 5 years of working experience as a BIM Architect in the construction field, along with a strong understanding of document management systems and processes, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize REVIT Architecture software to develop detailed architectural designs for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• Create and maintain BIM models (Building Information Models) for various stages of design and construction.
• Generate construction drawings, specifications, and design presentations using REVIT.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure that REVIT models accurately reflect design intent and comply with project requirements.
• Perform clash detection and resolve issues to minimize conflicts during construction.
• Stay updated with the latest REVIT software developments and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate REVIT models into the overall project workflow.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure that REVIT models and drawings adhere to company standards and guidelines.
