Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

BIM Design Integration:

Lead BIM implementation in architectural design, ensuring effective model integration throughout the project lifecycle.

Model Creation & Coordination:

Create, modify, and coordinate architectural BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency with other disciplines (structural, MEP).

Collaboration with Teams:

Work with architects, engineers, and contractors to facilitate smooth coordination and resolve clashes in BIM models.

BIM Documentation:

Ensure all BIM models and associated documentation are maintained, updated, and compliant with project requirements and standards.

Software Management:

Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, BIM 360) to create and manage architectural models, and stay updated with the latest BIM technologies.

Quality Control:

Conduct regular checks on the quality and accuracy of BIM models and drawings, ensuring they meet the highest standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement:

Present and explain BIM-driven designs to clients, contractors, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's in Architecture or related field; BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Revit) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM for architecture, with experience in large-scale projects.

Skills:

Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360), strong design skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in 3D modeling, clash detection, and familiarity with 4D/5D BIM applications.
