Bim Architect
Job Description
We are currently looking for a BIM Architect to join our team with experience in design development for residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use development projects.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience, with at least 2 years in the UAE, proficient in Revit (Architectural) and other relevant software (AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, etc.).
Strong experience in design coordination with various design teams.
Ability to understand project requirements and objectives and develop a BIM model accordingly.
Ensure compliance with the standards and goals outlined in the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent multitasking skills and ability to manage strict deadlines.
Immediately available candidates preferred.
Additional Note:
We offer partial remote work flexibility, depending on the project phase and requirements.
