Job Responsibilities:

Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural projects.
Work with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and coordinated BIM models.
Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of BIM models and drawings.
Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and client requirements.
Utilize BIM software (e.g., Revit, ArchiCAD) effectively to produce design documentation.
Ensure BIM models adhere to industry standards and project specifications.
Address and resolve issues related to model coordination and integration.

Key Qualifications:

Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience with BIM software and architectural design.
Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks) and understanding of architectural and construction processes.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation.
Effective communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to identify and address model coordination issues and design conflicts.
Experience in managing project timelines and deliverables is a plus.
