Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects.
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate various design components.
Ensure BIM standards and protocols are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within the BIM environment.
Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows.
Prepare detailed architectural drawings and documentation using BIM software.
Oversee the quality control of BIM models and ensure data accuracy.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field.
Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, ArchiCAD, or similar.
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes.
Experience with 3D modeling, visualization, and rendering.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of BIM standards, protocols, and best practices.
Professional licensure or certification in architecture or BIM is preferred.
