BIM ARCHITECT with Interior Experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Should holds an Architect Degree or any Bachelors Degree

? Proficient in Revit Architecture

? BIM Coordination and daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows and project setup.

? Helping to technically deliver BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM coordination by creating 3D coordinated BIM/Revit Design Models and documentation as per approved drawings and site coordination.

? Assist the project team in all technical BIM-related matters.

? Review of clash reports with the project team, and the general contractor and lead this process when needed.

? Prepare reports and schedules for internal use (exports from Revit Architecture).

? Proficient in detail design and BIM Modeling up to LOD500

? Proficiency in design software(s) such as LUMION, AUTOCAD, REVIT, SKETCHUP, PHOTOSHOP, and IN DESIGN is a plus.

General Skills and Info:

? Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

? 4-7 years of post-graduate experience in BIM

? Project delivery experience

? Must be interested to join immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
