We are looking for a skilled BIM Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in our projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing BIM processes throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring efficient collaboration, coordination, and delivery of high-quality building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement BIM execution plans (BEP) for projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to establish BIM project goals, requirements, and workflows.
• Generate 3D models, drawings, and documentation using BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) based on project specifications and design guidelines.
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and resolve conflicts among different building systems and disciplines.
• Create and maintain BIM libraries, templates, and standards to improve efficiency and consistency across projects.
• Provide BIM training and support to project teams to enhance BIM adoption and proficiency.
• Perform model coordination meetings and reviews to ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
• Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices to continuously improve BIM workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with the project team to integrate BIM with other project management tools and systems for enhanced project coordination and communication.
• Assist in the preparation of BIM-related deliverables such as clash detection reports, quantity takeoffs, and construction sequencing.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM implementation and management in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650) and protocols.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of construction processes and building codes/regulations in the UAE is preferred.
• BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) is a plus.
