Job Description

Description :The incumbent will be working as a billing executive for Air/Ocean/land.S/he will process PR for the vendor cost accruals, raise invoice basis of quote confirmed by the client / prepare billing packets / upload to E Doc and trigger EDI for EDI customers and for non EDI customers, dispatch the billing packet by email.Responsible to meet billing and invoice submission KPI.Proactive in providing correct billing packets and resolving EDI failures on time to avoid payment delays from the client.Other duties as assigned
