Key Responsibilities:
• Greet clients and their pets with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
• Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including collecting payment and issuing invoices.
• Maintain client and pet records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in the clinic's database.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Provide clients with detailed information about services, treatments, and medication.
• Manage appointment schedules for multiple veterinarians.
• Handle and direct emergency cases as needed.
• Assist the veterinary team with administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Can speak both English and Arabic
• Preferably living in Ajman or willing to relocate.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in veterinary office management is a plus.
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for animals and empathy for pet owners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive or emotional situations with care and professionalism.
• Experience with scheduling software or medical record systems is a plus.
