Develop an informed social media strategy to support our clients\xe2\x80\x99 goals. Serve as an extension of our client\xe2\x80\x99s brand to connect with stakeholders, and acquire new ones
Use social media tools to craft and release content on social media channels. Develop social media campaigns in collaboration with the marketing teams
Establish key performance indicators to understand efficacy of existing social campaigns and adjust strategy for further optimizations
Establish reporting metrics and analytic tools to analyze metrics and identify opportunities to continuously improve the strategy
Understand and solidify the clients\xe2\x80\x99 voice and tone to develop original engagement strategies (copywriting, imagery, video, etc.) that are aligned with their brands
Drive efficiencies across strategy, development, and delivery in collaboration with various resources to have engaging and impactful engagement with their social audiences
Write and schedule high-quality original content
Execute new ideas quickly
Work directly and build relationships with our clients\xe2\x80\x99 partners and contributors
Collaborate and clearly communicate needs with the marketing, creative and production teams to develop engaging content optimized for audience engagement and organizational goals
Stay up to date with new and emerging trends to help keep our clients\xe2\x80\x99 brands\xe2\x80\x99 social media presence consistently relevant
Criteria:
8+ years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing roles
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken)
Must have an excellent standard of English
Experience working at a brand, marketing, PR, or design agency, or working within an in-house marketing team for a Cultural or Media Institution
Experience creating original content is a big plus
Strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to execute with quality
Experience managing graphic designers or social media professionals
Significant experience with top social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok) and management tools; experience with social media copywriting in English and Arabic
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, digital marketing tools and social media platforms
Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the capacity to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated and detail-oriented mindset with the ability to work effectively in a start-up environment with minimal supervision
Demonstrated "can do" attitude and proactive approach to tasks, with willingness to take initiative, identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute innovative ideas to enhance marketing and communications efforts
Must currently reside in the UAE and be prepared to reside in Abu Dhabi
