Location: Dubai, UAE (Full Time, Onsite)

We are looking for a Bilingual SEM Specialist fluency in both Chinese and English (written and spoken) to join our team in Dubai, UAE.

Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage SEM campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others, specifically for our custom software, mobile, and web development services. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and identify new opportunities in both English and Chinese markets. Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and campaigns to improve conversion rates and drive qualified traffic. Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, and development) to align SEM strategies with business goals. Provide regular performance reports and insights to leadership and clients. Stay up to date with the latest SEM trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing SEM campaigns, preferably in the custom software, mobile, or web development sectors. Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other SEM platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics and other digital marketing tools.
