The Camp Safari Quality Guide is responsible for delivering exceptional safari experiences to guests at a camp setting. This role involves leading informative and engaging safari tours, ensuring guest safety, and maintaining high standards of service and conservation. The Camp Safari Quality Guide plays a key role in enhancing the overall guest experience and fostering a deep appreciation for wildlife and nature.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead guided safari tours and interpretive drives, offering detailed and accurate information about wildlife, flora, and the local ecosystem.
Engage guests with compelling storytelling and insights, tailoring tours to meet guests' interests and ensuring memorable experiences.
Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of guests during safari activities and at the camp.
Handle any emergencies or incidents calmly and effectively, following established safety protocols.
Collaborate with camp staff to ensure smooth operations, including coordinating safari schedules, meal times, and guest activities.
Maintain and prepare safari vehicles and equipment, ensuring they are clean, well-maintained, and fully stocked.
Assist with the setup and breakdown of safari-related equipment and activities as needed.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest questions, concerns, and requests with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Collect and act on guest feedback to continuously improve the quality of the safari experience.
Work closely with other guides and camp staff to ensure a cohesive and high-quality guest experience.
Participate in regular training and briefings to stay current with new information, techniques, and safety protocols.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a safari guide or in a similar role within the ecotourism or wildlife sector.
In-depth knowledge of the safari and customer support.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests.
Proficiency in tracking, navigation, and operating safari vehicles.
First aid and emergency response skills.

Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
