Our learning solutions encompass expert faculty, e-learning, coaching and blended candidate assessments, improving individual contribution and collective business performance.Bilingual Programme Manager, Dubai (English and Arabic)Fitch Learning Programme Management team is currently seeking a Bilingual Programme Manager based out of our Dubai, UAE office.Programme Management team is here to oversee the project management, event planning and logistics of our tailored learning programmes for your designated portfolio of clients. Working closely with the Learning Consultants and our Clients, candidate will manage the delivery of these programmes, from inception to delivery, ensuring that the highest quality of service is always delivered. This role specifically focuses on classroom and online tailored learning.What We Offer:

We\'ll Count on You To:Candidate will be expected to project manage all aspects of the execution of the assigned programmes, taking accountability for client satisfaction. Candidate will also be responsible for the following:
  • Work with Project Managers to ensure seamless transition of projects to business as usual operations
  • Work with the project team including Project Coordinators to ensure project objectives are met
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of workshops including training schedules, travel, vendors, classroom set-up, delegate communication, coordination with client teams etc.
  • Provide guidance to the project team on material management, including liaising with authors & stakeholders, publishing of material, quality control etc.
  • Work with Programme Managers to ensure seamless transition of Academy's.
  • Project management all aspects of the execution of the assigned programmes (Course or Academy).
  • Manage pre-programme activities such as raising tickets (Portals, VILT, Contentetc.), Allocation Sheet, introduction correspondences, logistics and assessments.
  • Manage post-programme activities such as compiling feedback, invoicing, production of scorecards, budget reports and document lessons learnt
  • Dashboard reporting across the various programmes to share with the client and internal stakeholders
  • Manage high-volumes of queries from clients, delegates and stakeholders
  • Proactively monitor risks & issues before they arise and escalate as per the project governance
  • Ensure all project metrics are satisfied, and all critical events have taken place
  • Maintain good relationships with project stakeholders including clients, project sponsors, instructors, plan-ning and other internal teams
What You Need to Have:
  • Experience in managing projects, programmes, workshops or events
  • Good understanding on portals like Zendesk, Docebo and VLT
  • Proactive in seeking guidance where appropriate
  • Capable of working and coaching team members to complete tasks to a high standard
  • Quick to act, thinking ahead, mitigating potential issues before they may happen
  • Excellent communication skills; verbal and written
  • Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
  • Ability to model data product reports in Excel, and analyze the data produced
  • Strong IT skills including fluency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Experience within Learning and Development and Project Management is desirable
