Agha Cleaning Services is looking for a Bilingual (Arabic/English) Customer Service & Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai . The ideal candidate must have sales and customer service experience , excellent communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office tools .

This role involves handling customer inquiries, managing client data, following up with leads, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
• Assist customers with sales inquiries and service bookings.
• Manage and update customer records in CRM software (Zoho, Microsoft Office, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams to schedule and track service appointments.
• Ensure accurate data entry and proper documentation of customer interactions.
• Maintain a professional and presentable appearance while interacting with clients.

Qualifications

• Arab nationality required (fluent in Arabic and English).
• Minimum one to two years of experience in sales and customer service.
• Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to handle customer objections.
• Polite, professional, and well-presented when dealing with customers.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in cleaning services, facility management, or related industries.
• Familiarity with Dubai's customer service and sales market.
• Ability to convert inquiries into sales through strong follow-ups.
