•Score Plus Education in Abu Dhabi, UAE is looking for Bilingual Counselor• Arabic and English Speaking to join our team with strong business development and marketing skills to bring in new business. Should work with minimal supervision and be able to manage his/her own / existing caseload.

Responsibilities:

The Bilingual Counselor is responsible for providing information, advice, support, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in education institutions in UAE

Key Responsibilities:

Handling email, telephonic and web leads, calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads;

Lead generation, cold calling and qualifying corporate and institutional leads;

Career Counseling to prospective customers;

Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required;

To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonic ally/ by emails;

Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline;

Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects;

Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required;

Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students;

Building relationships with prospects;

Achieving monthly/quarterly targets;

Constant interaction with prospective students through cold calling;

Liaising with Center Manager to optimize closure;

Making cold calls when required;

Finding new sales leads.

Qualification / Specification:

Candidate should hold at least an graduate degree;

Excellent communication skills and ability to fluently speak in English, and Arabic

Having previous experience of sales in education industry;

Passion to achieve business goals;

Presentable personality;

Basic Computer Knowledge;

Drive to convert leads to enrollments;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Excellent English communication skills;

Having right attitude and approach;

Ready to do any work irrespective of job profile or education;

Flair to engage in conversation and pitching sale;

High on energy level;

Dynamic personality;

Good track record of meeting and/or exceeding targets.
