?Bilingual Admin and HR Executive?
HR Responsibilities:
1. To assist with on-boarding of new colleagues, Prepare HR documents, such as employment contracts and new hire guides. Assist in posting job and processing received resumes.
2. Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed.
3. Coordinating with HQ in China regarding new company policies, Cultural Activities, and New Work-related practices.
4. To plan and coordinate team building activities for the local office
Administrative Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for maintaining and advocating the day-to-day office hygiene and cleanliness.
2. Managing office expenses and budget according to the quarterly budget approved. To make sure that all supplies for office use are stocked and replenished on a timely basis.
3. Responsible for timely renewals of rental agreements of office and any assistance with the landlord or their representative.
4. Answer the telephone calls/correspondence and be responsible for the reception desk in the local office.
Requirements :
1. Fluency in both English and Mandarin--both spoken and written.
2. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
5. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
