Job Description

We re looking for a reliable and experienced Bike Rider to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of professional riding experience, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Delivery Services: Safely and efficiently deliver to various locations within the designated area.
• Route Planning: Plan and follow the most efficient routes for timely deliveries, using GPS or maps when necessary.
• Customer Interaction: Provide friendly and professional service to customers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are promptly addressed.
• Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain the bike to ensure it is in good working condition, reporting any mechanical issues immediately.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations to ensure a safe riding environment for yourself and others.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of deliveries, including times, addresses, and any specific instructions or issues encountered.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a bike rider, preferably in a delivery or courier role.
• Skills: Strong navigation skills, knowledge of the local area, and the ability to read maps or use GPS.
• Customer Service: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
• Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to manage time effectively.
• License: Valid bike rider license .
