Job Location: Ajman, Dubai, Al Ain, & Abu Dhabi

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Bike Rider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods and food items to customers in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. As a Bike Rider, you will navigate the streets of the UAE, providing excellent service while adhering to safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver food and packages to designated locations within the stipulated time frame.
• Follow designated routes and ensure the most efficient travel paths.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service during each delivery.
• Ensure the bike is in good working condition; perform basic maintenance and report any issues.
• Collect payments when necessary and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Communicate with the dispatch team regarding delivery status and any issues encountered.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure safety.
• Provide feedback to management regarding delivery processes and customer experiences.
• Assist with loading and unloading items as needed.

Qualifications:

• Valid UAE driver's license (bike category).
• Previous experience as a bike rider or in a similar delivery role is preferred.
• Good knowledge of the UAE roads and traffic regulations.
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Ability to navigate using GPS and mobile apps.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Package also includes : Accommodation, transportation & Meal on duty provided by the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
