• Timely Pickup and Delivery : Collect food orders from restaurants or other vendors and deliver them to customers promptly, ensuring hot or cold items are delivered in suitable condition.
• Route Planning : Use GPS or local knowledge to plan the quickest and most efficient routes, avoiding delays from traffic or construction, to maintain delivery timelines.
• Order Verification : Confirm order details and ensure that all items are correct and complete before leaving the pickup location.
• Customer Interaction : Provide courteous and professional service to customers, handling any inquiries or issues with a positive attitude.
• Compliance with Traffic Rules : Follow local traffic laws and ride safely to prevent accidents and ensure the safety of themselves, other road users, and customers' orders.
• Maintenance of Bike and Equipment : Regularly inspect and maintain their bike, helmet, and delivery bags to ensure they are in good condition. Report any issues or need for repairs promptly.
• Handling Payments : For cash-on-delivery orders, handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly, ensuring any collected cash is accounted for and returned to the company as required.
• Use of Delivery App : Utilize the company's delivery app to accept orders, track delivery status, and report order completion or issues in real time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED7,500.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
