Job Title: Bike Rider / Delivery Rider

Location : Abu dhabi , Al ain

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Bike Rider to join our delivery team. As a Bike Rider, your primary responsibility will be to deliver products safely and efficiently to our customers, ensuring a positive customer experience. You will represent our brand while navigating city routes, handling products with care, and upholding punctuality standards. This role is perfect for individuals who have good knowledge of local streets, and are passionate about excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order Pickup and Delivery:

- Collect items from designated locations

- Deliver orders to customers at specified locations, following mapped routes.

2. Timeliness and Efficiency:

- Ensure all deliveries are completed within the assigned timeframe.

- Plan routes to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

3. Customer Interaction:

- Provide professional and friendly customer service upon delivery.

- Handle special delivery instructions and customer requests effectively.

4. Product Handling:

- Ensure all products are transported safely and without damage.

- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of delivery equipment (e.g., delivery bags).

5. Vehicle Care and Maintenance:

- Conduct regular maintenance checks on the bike (e.g., tire pressure, brakes, oil change).

- Report any issues with the bike or delivery equipment promptly.

6. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate delivery records and report completed deliveries.

7. Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (prefered)

- Familiarity with city routes and neighborhoods

- Valid driver's license or permit .

- Ability to ride safely in various weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED1,700.00 per month

License/Certification:

• Valid UAE driving license (Preferred)
