Job Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients. Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries. Strong time management and customer service skills. Ability to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods. Display products as per planogram. Assist in warehouse for picking, packing, and checking of orders. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability. Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs.
