Job Description

Lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, ensuring alignment with client requirements. Work closely with discipline leads (structural, civil, MEP, architecture, etc.) to gather and refine technical inputs. Develop bid strategies and methodologies that differentiate the company from competitors. Ensure all submissions meet compliance, formatting, and quality standards. Assist in preparing risk assessments, value propositions, and alternative solutions where required, and documenting lessons learnt. Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external partners to clarify project scope, technical details, and bid requirements. Work alongside the Bid Manager to define winning strategies for key opportunities. Review tender documents, specifications, and requirements to ensure accurate responses. Ensure technical documentation is clear, concise, and tailored to client needs. Develop and maintain a library of high-quality bid content, including case studies, benchmarking, etc. Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex engineering concepts into compelling proposals. Experience working with multidisciplinary teams in large-scale infrastructure, transportation, or building projects. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
