:
We are seeking a Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Pioneer Engineering Consultancy , where you'll be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of bids for various projects across multiple industries. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure to ensure that all bids are completed on time and in line with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Bid Process : Manage the end-to-end bid process, from the initial request for proposal (RFP) to submission, ensuring compliance with deadlines, instructions, and specifications.
• Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, technical experts, legal teams, and senior management to gather necessary information for bid preparation.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain bid documents, proposals, and supporting materials, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Bid Strategy : Contribute to the development of bid strategies, including pricing and value propositions, based on client requirements and internal capabilities.
• Tracking and Reporting : Maintain and track bid statuses, document feedback from clients, and prepare post-bid reports to evaluate performance.
• Compliance : Ensure all bids comply with legal, financial, and technical requirements as outlined by the client.
• Client Interaction : Communicate with clients as needed for clarifications and to address queries regarding the bid process.
Qualifications:
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience : 3-5 years of experience in bid coordination, proposal preparation, or related roles. Experience in Engineering Consultancy is a plus.
Skills :
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with bid management software is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of bid regulations and procedures.
• Attention to Detail : Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Team Player : Ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
