Responsibility to assist the Manager - Bidding with all required activities Technical & non-Technical pertaining to the completion of all received RFQ/RFP\xe2\x80\x99s within the specified timelines/deadlines, ensuring smooth completion of the response in the most effective, efficient, minimum time and professional manner and to the complete satisfaction of all Imdaad\xe2\x80\x99s Internal and External Clients.\xc2\xa7 Estimate MEP & Civil manpower requirements for PPM/corrective/reactive/emergency requirements against client\xe2\x80\x99s assets, working pattern or any other relevant criteria described within the RFQ/RFP document.\xc2\xa7 Estimate the consumables, spare parts, tools and logistic requirements to fulfil the RFP/RFQ requirement.\xc2\xa7 Attend reviews and justify the operational technical calculations against RFQ/RFP requirements.\xc2\xa7 Report to the Senior Manager - Bidding any relevant issues which will have a detrimental effect on achieving the proposal deadlines\xc2\xa7 Produce Daily feedback to Senior Manager - Bidding of the state of all activities in progress of all current live RFQ/RFP\xe2\x80\x99s\xc2\xa7 Procure quotations and evaluation of sub-contractors Quotations specific to the Tender scope of work.\xc2\xa7 Assist the Senior Manager - Bidding and provide the necessary feedback to evaluate and asses the received RFP/RFQ requirements.\xc2\xa7 Assist in the production of monthly and quarterly reports as required by the Contract Manager\xc2\xa7 Assist the Senior Manager - Bidding to Perform the Day to Day administration duties as required by Bidding dept.\xc2\xa7 Assist the Senior Manager - Bidding to ensure proposal schedule and completion timelines are met.\xc2\xa7 Assist the Senior Manager - Bidding in Proposal budget costing process\xc2\xa7 Adherence to all current company procedures and the ISO systemQualificationsEducation/Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree is a must and PG Diploma / PG Degree is desirable.
• Relevant professional certification is preferred.

Skills/ Competencies/ Experience\xc2\xa7 5 - 7 years relevant experience.

• Numerical Ability, Process Orientation and Interpersonal Skills.
• Advanced communication skills in English (Oral and Written) and knowledge in other languages will be an advantage.
