Job Description

Duties:

Aid the Pre-construction Director in bid and proposal preparation.

Progressively manage meetings, CRM updates, and daily operational support.

Use InDesign or similar software for improving technical proposal presentations

Responsibilities:

Craft compelling visuals for proposals, including plans and methodologies, with the project team's input.

Partner with design and technical teams to graphically depict complex project aspects.

Support the handling of EOIs, NDAs, PQQs, and RFPs.

Maintain organized records of RFPs and related documents.

Facilitate the RFI consolidation and issuance process.

Aid in composing internal project briefs and managing RFQs to sub-consultants.

Contribute to RFP responses in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Keep track of sub-consultant quotes and maintain orderly documentation.

Manage internal bid submission timelines and maintain project information management systems.

Support the development of technical and commercial proposals and presentations.

Oversee proposal submissions, including arranging for physical deliveries when necessary.

Develop technical and commercial proposals, including pitch presentations.

Develop deployment schedules and respond to PTCs.

Liaise with clients throughout the bid process and assist in team mobilization post-win.

Competencies:

Bachelors or Masters' degree in Quantity Surveying, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 8 years' experience in UAE in interior design & fit-out company.

Experience in the UAE market is mandatory

Proven work experience in Adobe InDesign & Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
