Provides end to end presales support to Core42's new logo and add on pursuits thereby meeting the pursuit submission timelines.
Ensures Core 42 governance process is followed by coordinating all necessary approvals required prior to proposal submission.
Determines client requirements and coordinate value proposition and sales strategy that will drive the solution and proposal content.
Develops bid plan with clear roles, actions and timelines to meet the submission target date.
SPoC for Core42's technical, solution, commercial and contractual teams ensuring accurate and effective flow of information.
Project manages the bid plan including but not limited to co-ordination and compilation of proposal contents, solution creation and finalization, costing and pricing, delivery of proposals in line with provided guidelines.
Quality control of proposal content, solution, costing and pricing components in proposals that are delivered to clients and ensure they are in line with clients requirements, sales strategy and Core 42 business goals.
Co-ordinates preparation of supporting client presentations and client workshops in support of deal closure.
Assists in contract/SOW completion and coordinate with technical, solution, commercial and contractual teams in Core 42 and 3rd party vendor teams (if required) for the development of the same.
Aligns requirements to available service/capabilities, identify reuse opportunities, analyse gaps, leverage capabilities, facilitate the engagement of resources and provide technical input.
Setups bid strategy based on RFP requirements, business and sales strategy.
Possesses an understanding of the IT services and various technology offerings.
Outline, write, rewrite and proofread proposal / document content, ensure text is clear, compelling, consistent
Analyse specifications/requirements and align to content
Conduct research on past documents and leverage as appropriate
Design/develop proposal output
Conduct quality checks
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Commercial, IT or Management.
Minimum Experience:
7-10 years experience in Sales or Sales Support Functions as Bid Manager, Proposal Manager working with national or international clients in the context of IT Services.
Job Specific Skills:
Local IT market knowledge is desirable.
Project management capabilities
APMP certification is desirable
IT service contracts experience highly desirable
Excellent command of English Language and Communication Skills
Strong Planning and Organization Skills including virtual team management
Strategic thinking with high attention to details
Demonstrates ability to work under pressure, ability to prioritize to ensure positive results of the assigned opportunities
