Estimate the costs of materials, labor, equipment, and any other overheads required for the estimation for a project. This may include analyzing historical data, conducting market research, and consulting with suppliers and subcontractors.
Create detailed and competitive bid proposals that outline the estimated costs, timelines, and any other relevant information necessary for project submission.
Analyze and compare estimates to identify potential cost-saving opportunities and areas for optimization.
Work closely with Project Heads, BDM, and Engineers to ensure that project estimates align with project goals and timelines.
Arrange site visits, follow ups in coordination with survey team or company.
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing for materials and services. * Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and related documents. Ensure that all documentation complies with company standards and industry regulations.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market pricing, and regulatory changes that may impact project costs.
Ensure that the final estimate is accurate and complete, considering all variables that may affect project costs.
Attending all pre-bid meetings and post bid meetings.
Preparation feasibility reports on tender process. Assist BDM whether to proceed with a bid or avoid based on factual reasons.

Education Qualification, Work Experience & Skills
Bachelor\'s degree in engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience of 5 years as an Estimator in the FM, hospitality / services industry.
Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities with suppliers or subcontractors.
Attention to detail and accuracy in estimating.
Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards in the UAE.
Familiarity with the local market, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
