Expectations & Responsibilities related to your role.

1. PRE-BID & REGISTRATION MANAGEMENT

Registration of all incoming opportunities,

Summarization of incoming opportunities,

Notification to Senior Management of all incoming opportunities,

Tracking of all opportunities' status.

Management of existing client registrations.

Preparation of detailed bid plan for all pre-bid requests including,

o Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ),

o Expression of Interest (EOI),

o Request of Information (RFI),

o Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA).

• Initial development of all pre-bid requests submissions,
• Management of sub consultant contacts and collateral.
• Coordinates communication with Clients if needed through portals or email and monitors responses.
• Uses internal templates to track different stages of the bid process from RFI stage to submission of proposal.
• Maintains and updates database of proposals submitted, type of projects and other internal benchmarks.
• Maintains and updates list of clients' portals ensuring validity of company account.
• Can provide an overview of ongoing bids for reporting to senior team members.
• Communicates well, cooperative, and able to work under tight deadlines.

2. PROPOSAL SUPPORT &REPORTING

• Assist the Bid Manager on major bids,
• Preparation of standard Villa bid submissions.
• Ensure all proposals are prepared as per company guidelines.
• Collaborates inputs for Technical and Commercial proposals as needed from team members and sub-consultants.
• Proactively keeps track of proposal submission times and communicates with other team members to ensure timely submission.
• Coordinates with Bid team members as a focal point to finalize proposals once all deliverables are prepared for submission.
• Weekly reporting on incoming opportunities, new registrations, and all opportunity status,
• Should be ready for meetings, calls, communications, as per our procedures. His set up should be ready for such arrangements.

Education and Training

Degree educated - bachelor's degree in architecture/engineering,

Excellent communications skills,

Excellent skills - Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office,

Excellent command of written and spoken English,

Understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.

Experience

Previous experience in business development/bidding,

In innovative practices locally or internationally or reputable local practices,

2 years of Experience
