Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Bespoke Pattern Maker/ Master Cutter/ Sampling In-Charge to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the made-to-measure cutting and stitching process, along with strong communication and teamwork skills.

SKILLS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

• •Experience in pattern making for women's and men's Western garments is essential.•
• •Strong knowledge of fabrics and the technological process of garment manufacturing.•
• •Excellent cutting skills and professional tailoring abilities.•
• •Attention to details and commitment to precision.•
• •Extensive knowledge of the made-to-measure measuring process.•
• •Creativity with a good sense of fashion and style.•
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.•
• •Good communication and teamwork skills.•
• •Language: English•

ROLES/ RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Communicate with the design team to understand design specifications.
• Take accurate measurements of client.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the correct pattern is used.
• Modify or create paper pattern manually to be used for making a prototype of garment.
• Cut garment sample from fabric.
• Provide stitching instructions to tailors and supervise the process of creating first prototype to ensure high-quality standards and finishing are maintained.
• Conduct fitting of sample on mannequin or visit client on-site for fitting and final look.
• Report to Production Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
