Key Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Meet with clients in Dubai to discuss their jewelry needs and preferences, providing expert advice on design possibilities and gemstone options. Custom Designs: Create jewelry designs based on client specifications, including sketches, renderings, and technical drawings. Production Oversight: Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure that designs are executed accurately and with the highest quality standards. Sales and Retail Support: Assist in the sales process by presenting designs to clients, explaining design features, and offering recommendations. Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design process and beyond, ensuring a positive client experience and building long-term relationships. Market Trends: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations, particularly within the Dubai market. Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory, including gemstones, precious metals, and other materials, to ensure smooth production and order fulfillment. Team Collaboration: Work with the retail and production teams to maintain a seamless flow of communication and ensure client satisfaction. Qualifications: A bachelor\'s degree in jewelry design, fine arts, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in bespoke jewelry design and creation, with a strong portfolio showcasing custom work. Previous retail experience in Dubai, particularly in a luxury jewelry boutique or related field. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client consultations and teamwork. Strong attention to detail and an eye for design aesthetics. Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools. Knowledge of gemstones, precious metals, and other jewelry materials. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for creativity, innovation, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
